Arapahoe Medical Offices

Centennial, Colorado
Growing Capacity, Strengthening Care

A regional healthcare provider partnered with MOA ARCHITECTURE to remodel the existing 72,000-SF Arapahoe Medical Offices and design a 10,000-SF addition in Centennial, Colorado. The project expands the facility’s capacity and enhances the patient experience while providing modern, flexible spaces for a broad range of medical services.

Designed Around the Patient Experience

The design focused on creating a cohesive, patient-centered environment that supports both wellness and efficiency. By integrating the new addition with the existing building, MOA ensured smooth circulation for patients and staff while enhancing daylighting, accessibility, and wayfinding. Attention to detail in finishes, furniture, lighting, and casework reinforces a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere.

One Place for the Full Spectrum of Care

The remodeled and expanded facility accommodates a variety of clinical and patient services, including primary care, radiology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, Mohs surgery, dermatology, physical therapy, and administrative functions. Key improvements include a relocated and enlarged pharmacy, ADA-compliant restrooms, and upgraded patient retail services such as optical dispensing, pharmacy, and a hearing aid center. The project enhances operational efficiency, accessibility, and patient comfort, positioning the Arapahoe Medical Offices as a modern, comprehensive healthcare hub for the Centennial community.
